By the authority vested in the Kingdom of Oinklandia by the sovereign will of the constituents of VforV, I, King of Oinklandia, do hereby proclaim this land to be a divinely ordained and sovereign realm.

In accordance with the eternal decree of the Gods of VforV, who have reached down their hand and with the might of their spirit, have raised our hearts and minds to strengthen our kingdom with the following sacred tenets:

Liberation, let all captives be free, and let no soul remain in bondage within our borders.

Forgiveness of debt, henceforth, each citizen is absolved of their debts, and no financial burden shall be levied against them.

The Ticks Per Second (TPS) shall remain at a steadfast 20 at all times, ensuring unwavering server stability.

Divine connectivity, it is hereby decreed that all shall experience a latency of less than one millisecond (<1ms) ping, such that no delay may hinder the citizens of our kingdom.

Thus, by my sovereign hand, and by the grace of the Gods of VforV, let this decree be known and enforced throughout all the lands of Oinklandia, now and forevermore as its supreme law.
