Moog City COORDS:-678561 -572515
One of the oldest and amongst the first bases to be founded on the server, Moog City was founded by the groups Chickenhole and LogueTown that came from a server called Kindred Legacy (predecessor to V) in Dec 2021, they travelled on the nether roof when it was still enabled in the early days.
The base was in a snowy biome, with a large lake over, much of the base was built over the lake. Though most players went inactive quickly, Butzz, Myda, Wakabellum were the most active builders and much of the base was built accross 2022 and 2023, with brief instances of total inactivity. But in 2024 Butzz came back and started being active, and invited Niseau, after the Nexus Syndicate drama and grief. Niseau would travel to the base in April 2024, though he never built anything as he was working on a large build in creative & never had time to finish it. Positron_48 was also invited, and he came and built a calucator. Kasperl13 was also invited and built a few farms.
But this was all shortlived, as the base was griefed on the 5th of July 2024 by a group of griefers though there still remains questions of how they found MoogCity since the base was almost 125k nether out and the chunks around the base portal was loaded in every direction.
Notable builds includes: the Fish Tank & Castle, the villager hall, the medieval city, the ship port, the stone dragon, the nether portal design and the large Tree of Life.
